Refund Policy /Terms of UseDevelopment Process Payment Obligations, Renewals, Cancellations and RefundsThe deposit paid to Chicago Designz covers the cost of design work carried out. It is not possible to refund a deposit after thirty (30) days or once Chicago Designz has sent the first design to the Client. Chicago Designz Web Development reserve the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by the Client for any reason. A refund is not guaranteed by Chicago Designz Web Development, but possible providing Chicago Designz Web Development decides upon this option. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. If your account has been cancelled by us due to a breach of the terms and conditions on your part, you will not be eligible for a refund. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
Terms of ServiceWe want you to be happy with the services we provide at Chicago Designz Web Design. If you are not satisfied with your service, you may notify Chicago Designz Web within 30 days from the date of your payment. If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we may issue a partial or complete refund based upon: the nature of the project, any necessary expenses already paid, the terms and specifications outlined in any contracts pertaining to said project, and any additional factors that may be relevant. Chicago Designz maintains exclusive copyright for all files, images, text and intellectual property rendered and/or distributed by our company at all times until 6 months after the date of final delivery to you, the client. If a client disputes a monetary charge within 6 months of the delivery date, Chicago Designz reserves the right to reclaim all aforementioned items and the client agrees to immediately relinquish any and all rights and possession to any and all materials they have received from Chicago Designz Web Design. Until this time, the client agrees not to modify or distribute any content, files, materials, plans or any other items they have received from Chicago Designz Web Design unless given Chicago Designz Web Design's express written permission to do so.
